The Masks We Wear

Many of us are walking around wearing masks. We are afraid to be vulnerable. We feel that we need to prove our worth for others to like or love us. One negative comment from another person has us trapped in our minds self-sabotaging. These are our own self-imposed prisons that we keep ourselves trapped in. We live very superficial lives chasing short term pleasures, never really experiences true connection or deep love with others. We work in careers that are draining the life out of us, but we put our masks on to prove we can do it. Why? Who are proving this to? What is your why? I invite you to write your why down and then look it over. Is it truly aligned with who you are? Are you loving it? Do you feel fulfilled and energized by doing it? Do you feel it in your heart when you read it back to yourself?

It doesn’t have to be this way. In my program, Brilliant Butterfly Breakthrough, you will learn how to break the chains that have held you back from being your true self. This transformation sets the stage for you to live your life authentically. It takes daily practice and intentions to keep you from drifting from your heart space. Awareness is key, to bring yourself back as often as needed. In your heart is where your truth lies. You will learn to lead your ego in all that you do. The ego isn’t bad. We need our ego and the ego serves us if we can tame it and train it to work for our Highest good. If we do not get a grip on the ego, it will run wild with its own programming mostly from the past patterns and wounds.

Now is the time to consider putting those masks away and walking as your truest self with no shame, no guilt, Walking as a strong, confident, and powerful individual who understands that her worth comes from within, the truth of who she is. She is Divinity. She is powerful and perfect moving into all that she is excited about. All that she dreams and desires. When it comes from your heart space, it is the truth. It is real, everything else is an illusion. It is the game of life to play with your different masks as if they are different game characters. You start to win the game when those masks start to fall off one by one as you get closer and closer to your truth!
